Rodney Rice knows just how to capture the fleeting glimmers of an emotional moment in life and turn them into songs that evoke our own feelings of despair and hope, loss and love. Rice delivers his lyrics with a knowing nod and wink and a twinkle of the eye to the difficulties we encounter in our daily lives, and creates memorable characters in his songs whose foibles remind us of folks we know. Rice cannily matches music with lyrics, pairing a glimpse of a world turned upside down with a jaunty New Orleans jazz swing melody or an ode to young love with a lively country shuffle.

We couldn't be more excited to bring you a night of Taylor magic at the farm! This concert features over 10 amazing Colorado musicians doing their own versions of Taylor Swift songs. We are proud to be donating a portion of the proceeds of this event to Girls on the Run Rockies. This organization produces fun, evidence-based programs that inspire participants to recognize their inner strength, increase their level of physical activity, imagine their possibilities, and confidently stand up for themselves and others

 

We're thrilled to welcome LVDY (pronounced LADY) back to the farm for the second year! LVDY is a Colorado-based duo comprised of Kathleen Hooper and Aubrey Mable. Their uplifting sound and intimate storytelling is a delightful recipe of singer-songwriter, indie-folk, with powerful melodies and harmonies that speak to the senses. Love anthems weave in and out of their messages, with simple yet important reminders that we’re not alone.

LVDY has supported incredible acts like LÉON, Joseph, Rising Appalachia, Joy Oladokun, Brendan James and Morgan Saint.  Their debut album “Gold” was released on April 16th, 2021 and

released their sophomore album, The Woods, in the fall of 2022.
