Doug is a versatile guy who has tons of skills, talents and experience that he brings to the farm.
In addition to being our CAO (Chief Animal Officer), Doug also loves gardening, farming and tending to the property.
As a kid growing up in Lawrence, Kansas, Doug's first job was working on a farm, helping kids ride ponies and mucking stalls. He also learned the passion for gardening from his paternal grandmother, who was a legendary gardener in Prescott, Arizona.
As a Realtor with West + Main, there’s nothing that Doug loves more than helping learn the dreams of his clients and working tirelessly and creatively to help achieve those dreams!

Amy Yetman
Flower farmer, entrepreneur, community builder
Amy grew up in Ames, Iowa, though not on a farm. City girl for the most part, living in Chicago and then moving to Denver in 2004, she found herself longing for more connection to nature after 15 years of city living. She also wanted to give her children the easy access to nature that she grew up with.
Amy's favorite part about the farm is growing flowers--watching them bloom, running workshops, hosting you-picks, and spreading the beauty and healing they bring into people's lives.
Amy is also an entrepreneur and community builder, founding the award-winning Horseshoe Market.

Becca Binet
farm manager, farm business consultant for growers
Becca is a Master Community Gardener with training from Denver Urban Gardens and Northern Arizona University, and has taught multiple gardening classes through DUG over the years. Her background is in botany and ecological restoration, and she spent more than a decade working in gardening, farming, and land stewardship.
Becca has worked as botanist and researcher, and now she support Yetman Farms with organic growing practices, garden planning, succession planting, and farm organization.
She also has her own consulting business—Lavender Logic LLC—to help growers of all sizes get rooted in sustainable practices.
